Aimed & Achieved Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s)
Topağacı Gurme was designed as a multi-layered gastronomic space bringing together natural and organic products sourced from small-scale producers across Turkey. Operating as a delicatessen, breakfast venue, and meze bar, the project aimed to make local production culture visible within an urban context.

Seating Area
The entire architectural design process, implementation coordination, and site supervision were led by Özgül Öztürk. Circular design principles guided the project; existing structural elements, owner-sourced waste materials, and reclaimed components were reinterpreted and integrated into the spatial composition.
Courtyard, Rammed Earth Wall
An interior rammed earth wall introduced the tactile and atmospheric qualities of natural material into the identity of the space. Topağacı Gurme stands as an urban gastronomic environment where material intelligence and circularity are transformed into an aesthetic and experiential language.
