About the Project
Commissioned for the International Antalya Architecture Biennial (IABA), 2017.

A permanent earthen installation constructed in Karaalioğlu Park, Antalya, exploring the spatial and social potential of earthen architecture in public space

An experimental architectural installation developed with minimal surface geometry and digital fabrication techniques, combining rammed-earth construction, edible planting, public engagement, and computational design strategies within an academic research framework.

About the Project
Anadolu Meleği Women’s Cooperative established in 2020 – an ecological women’s education and production centre built with earthen construction techniques in Keban, strengthening rural solidarity and local production.

Awards & Recognitions
• Developed as the architectural outcome of the internationally awarded Women of the Earth initiative.
• Recognised as a Best Practice in Sustainable Development (November 2019) by expert teams from the Fırat Development Agency, Ankara Development Agency, Middle Black Sea Development Agency, and the GAP Regional Development Administration.
• G-FEB Green Skills Platform – Best Practice Selection (2025) – Anadolu Meleği project selected as a Best Practice Case Study for earth-based circular design and community-driven architecture.

• Led environmental and community initiatives during a term in which the club received five District recognitions for project impact and engagement.

SOLAR DECATHLON AFRICA REYARD PROJECT, 2019

About the Project
• A sustainable housing prototype developed for Solar Decathlon Africa 2019, integrating prefabricated earthen panel systems and passive climate strategies, reinterpreting vernacular Moroccan and Turkish housing typologies within a contemporary sustainable framework
• The project incorporates waste-to-energy solutions and high-efficiency systems to significantly reduce environmental impact.
