The 15-decare site in Urla was designed as an agro-ecological production system grounded in permaculture principles. Viticulture, olive groves, vegetable gardens, and small-scale animal husbandry were structured within a closed-loop framework supported by onsite compost production and biochar applications.

The existing structure was adaptively reused and transformed into a multifunctional production and experience space, incorporating wine production and storage areas, service units, restrooms, a veranda, and terrace seating oriented toward the vineyard. Water management strategies were developed through expert consultancy, and ecological relationships between vineyards and olive trees were carefully considered.

A bird-house wall consciously positioned on the southern façade embodies the coexistence of humans and other living beings as an architectural gesture. The design process emphasized the active participation of all family members. Second-phase planning includes accommodation units, expanded production facilities, and workshop/education spaces to complete the site’s integrated production and learning cycle.
